After we've agreed on the details, we'll arrange a time for pickup, or delivery for the equipment to be delivered to you or your jobsite When your rental period is complete, we'll coordinate the equipment's pick-up or drop off. In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact us immediately at 218-731-2970 or 320-287-2889. We will do our best to get the equipment repaired or replaced in a timely manner, we however, cannot guarantee this due to availability of equipment and/or parts. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if your construction project takes longer than initially planned, as long as the equipment is available. If you need to extended the rental period, please contact us as soon as practical so that we can assist you in making all the necessary arrangements. In order to rent from Riverside Rental LLC, you will need to provide Proof of Insurance, Valid ID, completed Rental Agreement, and the necessary security deposit for the item in which you would like to rent.
